Based out of Middlebury, Vermont, Maple Landmark is a small business that offers an alternative to buying imported. They follow American standards for product safety, employee safety, and environmental protection, and make their toys out of sustainable hard maple grown in the mountains of Vermont.
We began our parenting journey in Vermont, it was where our first son was born, and where we fell in love with the forests and mountains and natural beauty of a slower pace to life. After moving out of Vermont, it is also when we realized that it was very difficult to find natural toys for our baby, and even more difficult to find them made right here in the USA. Toys should be safe to chew on and hold, and at Maple Landmark the toys are just that, at their root, simply wood.
